The vertpaleo list is quite active. A lot of different subjects--all relating to vert paleo of course. Well we did have some anti- creationist/intelligent design for a while. I like it better than paleonet but then I am a vert paleontologist (and terrestrial paleoecologist). We also do have a few students posting asking about this and that and I think that is good. People on the list are good- humored. Good luck to them.
