The ironic outcome is that the coordinated turnover of the schoolboard
(perhaps an epibole?) might prevent an appeal to the Supreme Court, where
the issue "might" be better handled for setting national
standards (especially considering even the Discovery Institute notes the
old schoolboard's case was far from legally ideal).
Perhaps we'll have to wait longer for the dust to settle.
