POSITION AVAILABLE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY MANAGER The Paleontological Research Institution (PRI) has an immediate opening for an Educational Technology Manager. This is a new position, funded for one year with excellent prospects for becoming long-term. Responsibilities include oversight of design, implementation, and maintenance of the Institution's World Wide Web site (http://www.englib.cornell.edu/pri), with special attention to a major expansion of the site to make a significant portion the Institution's collections available to educators and the general public. This position will also be responsible for working with the other staff of the Institution's Education Department in designing and implementing technology-related educational products and services. The successful applicant will have demonstrated skill in Web site design and pc network applications, a high level of creativity, initiative and ability to work independently, and a solid background in paleontology or closely related field.
