Juan Carlos gave us a horror story of his dealings with the company in
charge of distributing Pal.Ass. publications. I'd like to encourage anyone
who has similar difficulties in obtaining scientific literature to bring it
to the attention of the respective society, editors and/or publisher (if
the latter is different from the distributor). Copies of e-mail
correspondance is the simplest way.
