Dear Members, I am currently writing a student research paper on the "Coevolution of angiosperms and pollinators". In the course of doing my research I have come across mention of work done by Stephen Hasoitis and the discovery of ancient bee nests found in the "Morrison Formation" in northeastern Arizona and have been in touch with him. Is there anyone else out there who can shed additional light on the question "which came first - angiosperms or bees? I have many other questions and would like to enter into dialog with knowlegable individuals on this topic. I have long been an amateur naturalist interested in botany and bees. I am writing this paper in partial fulfillment of requirements for a course in "Evolution and Earth History", which I am taking to satisfy New York state teacher certification criteria.
