I'm the guy who found the nests in the silicified logs at Petrified Forest
National Park, and I'm pretty darned sure that they were in the Upper
Triassic Chinle Formation :)

Since I work so closely with Steve Hasiotis on these things, and you've
already contacted him, I'll refrain from further public comments until I
think they're needed (and if a discussion should develop).

By the way, Steve is out there on this list (hi steve!; man, if you have
bee's nests in logs in the Morrison, you are SERIOUSLY holding out on me
dude!)
