sci.bio.paleo and paleonet

I'm also one of those alluded to by Norm who voted for sci.bio.paleo (because I feel
palaeontology needs more exposure to the public), but I also feel we should not
gateway PaleoNet to it, for reasons already elaborated upon in previous
postings.

How about shelving the discussion about linking PaleoNet to sci.bio.paleo for
the time being, and wait and see how the latter shapes up? I understand that
several subscribers to PaleoNet will also read sci.paleo, so let's wait for a
month or two before taking a decision...
