Hi every body, Thank you very much for your emails. I totally agree that for practical reasons we should shorten the as much as we can, as well as all the different variables (Palaeoology, Paleooology,Paleoölogy, and Paleooölogy) should appear in the dictionary... By accident like evolution works, we are witnessing and contributing to the legal and official birth of a new scientific area. Thank you very much, indeed! For the sake of brevity, could we likewise lose an "o" to give Paleoology -- which would be pronounced "pale-oölogy"?
