Colleagues: Although it is a classic text, I think there is little need to republish Shimer and Shrock's "Index Fossils of North America". Compared to other out-of-print texts, there are abundant used copies available (I found 32 copies in one quick search of bookfinder.com), and many copies in libraries. If you need duplicate copies, you can always scan one (or just scan the figures) and print yourself several pdf copies. I often do this to provide "field copies" of monographs to take with me in the field.
