This preposterous suit has preposterous ramifications. As I see it, the student is (in effect) demanding a passing grade in biology even if he refuses to answer exam questions that deal with evolution. On this same basis of religious non-discrimination, I can enter any seminary or schul and obtain passing grades in religious studies, if I refuse to respond to questions that require that I profess a belief in God. Why can't this religious person just believe he's a doctor, and avoid the bother of attending class at all?
