Jan/Feb Loan Requests to PRI

Dear Colleagues:

During the months of January and February 1997, PRI's collection staff will
be involved in the transfer of several large collections as part of our
on-going reorganization.  This endeavor, combined with other concurrent
projects, will make loan processing very difficult.  

If you are contemplating making a loan request to PRI in the next few
months, we ask that you send your request as soon as possible and before
January 1, 1997. Loan requests received during January-February will have to
be put on hold until mid-March.
