On behalf of Gail Vitale and the rest of the science teachers at Memorial Jr High School in New York I want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to their question about errors in the movie 'Jurassic Park'. I can assure you that they were amazed and excited by the number of postings (I provided them with a printout of each message) and by the almost global diversity of people who responded. If you have done nothing else, you have opened the eyes of several teachers to the enormous potential of the internet to bring the world directly into the classroom. Regarding the movie, they now have more material to work with then they ever imagined they would - comments, web sites, book review citations, even a couple of rather lengthy essays! Again, thanks for everything! Ms Vitale promises to compile a list of your comments regarding the movie. Also, we will post a summary of their 'Jurassic Park' classroom project when it is finished - to let you know how it all worked out. Cheers to all!
