I also received a questionaire or letter about air abrasive units for
fossil preparation. I have heard nothing back from the results of that
study. I did let the feeling be known that I considered them to be
"air-abusive" units, as most epifauna on fossils is totally removed by
these machines, and causes the fossil to yield much less information.
