paleonet Palynological database "Taxon"

Dear colleagues

A friend is interested in obtaining a copy of the palynological database 
"Taxon", which I recall being authored and distributed by Bob Ravn in the 
1990s.  

Does anyone know if this database is still available and being updated, 
and does anyone have the address of Bob Ravn?
