A couple of years ago there was news of a digital attachment for an SLR camera - I think the idea was that it slipped inside the camera, and consisted of a thin CCD which took the place of the film being exposed, and electronics which lived attached to the CCD, in place of the normal film casette. Has this come on the market, and if so would it be suitable?
