        Hi ---

        I get to put on another hat here and announce the newest issue(s)
of PaleoBios.  Since PaleoBios is published on an irregular basis, this
forum is good way to inform the paleontological community when a new issue
is hot off the press.

        PaleoBios 17(2-4) is a special volume entitled "The Uses of
Vertebrate Fossils in Biostratigraphic Correlation", edited by Chris Bell
and Stuart Sumida.  More information about PaleoBios is available through
the PaleoBios web site (http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/museum/PBSI.html).  We
will be putting titles and abstracts for the papers in the new issue
on-line over the next couple of days.  For more information, contact me
