AMNH web address

Regarding my recent request for the URl of AMNH...

A C. Best wrote to suggest I stop wasting band with by asking for 
something that could easily have been found using web search tools.
Actually, I had done such searches, but the addresses that came
up did not work.  That's why I posted the message.  I also posted it to 
annouce the installation of my directory of web museums, which will not 
be complete without the AMNH address.  
    By the way, to help provide "one stop shopping" for anyone doing 
searches, I've developed a web site with links to numerous search tools 
that allow searches for web sites, newsgroups, and individuals.  The

Several people wrote with addresses for the AMNH web site, but none of 
them worked.  As a couple people mentioned, they apparently are "down" 
for maintenance.  I just sent a brief email message to the webmaster at 
AMNH asking about this, and will let you know what I hear.
