I have used Wards for foraminiferins and found them to be very useful.
One thing you do have to do is change the samples from their containers
(little pills) to a better container that will not lose a label. 

They supply forams from various ages and it makes a nice exercise
showing some principles of biostratigraphy and illustrating how to pick
and mount the fossils.
