Would anyone have references to papers published on the fossil seeds and nuts
from the Clarno formation. I am particulairly interested in references which
aid in identification of seeds and nuts.

Thanks

Gary

 Hi Gary
Their is quit abit of info on the Nut Bed's of the Clarno formation
of Central Oregon, I have copy's of The Ore Bin, vol 23 #6 June 1961
"Plant fossil's in the Clarno Formation."and Oregon Geology vol 43 #6
June 1981, I'd be happy to send you copy's, at the end of each artical
there are many ref's that may be of help, you could do a telnet
search of the UofO Library and do a ILL request for the book
mentioned in the Ref's. I'm sure you could get all the info you need
from this source. I'll see what else I have on the Nut Bed's
If you have any ? about this let me know I'd be happy to help.
