This may be coming a bit late (since I didn't get my email digest till
today)--so my apologies. The Encyclopedia of Pterosaurs by Peter Welnhofer
(Crescent, 1991) is great, but out of print and impossible to find. I wrote
an article in Feb. 94 in Discover on those lovely beasts, and we had a
fold-out menagerie of a couple dozen of them.
