Since this article doesn't contain an adequate description (there's no
formal type designation, etc.), this would be a nomen nudum.  It might be
attributable to the author of the Science summary.  This sort of thing can
cause a lot of trouble and appeals to the ICZN plenary powers in extreme
cases.
Does the use of the name on Paleonet count as a publication? ;)
