Dear Collegues
I would like to say thanks for everybody that helped me a lot with A & E refs.
All the hints were very welcome. Some of them I already had, others are easy to
 find here but others not so.  Whenever possible, I'll ask the author for a rep
rint.  My best wishes for everybody.
