FTP'able software

Hello All,

I am looking for FTP sites that contain IBM-DOS-Windows operable software for
cladistics, taxonomy, and plate tectonics. On my budget, the commercial stuff
(for the latter) is too expensive!  Any info will be greatly appreciated.
