Dear Norm,

I guess the same message can apply when we replace" US" by "EU countries".
So you don't need to cross the Atlantic but just the Channel and so you can
ask to what country your message DOES NOT apply!! and what in UK?
No problem when you change for "France" where only "National Programmes"
are heavily supported the others including labs are superlight, that is
very low in funds and 0,0 in nicotine (=future development possibilities)!
