Dear Colleagues:

All Mexican paleontologists who knew Dr. Ellis Yochelson express their
sadness at his recent passing. All of us remember to Ellis as a
man full of energy, gaiety and enthusiasm.
We will sorely miss him and we honor his memory as a great colleague whose work
represented a notable advancement of the knowledge of invertebrate
systematics, evolution and many other topics.
