The regional geologic highway maps, I think from SEPM,
include some information on fossil localities.  These cover
multi-state regions rather than a single state, include a
lot of other geologic information, and defintely do not try
to give exhaustive information about roadcuts with fossils
but only a few notable sites, but they do provide a starting
place and are also fun to have in the car on long trips to
see what you're driving over.
