Title: Announcement: 3rd Urbino Summer School in
Paleoclimatology
The 3rd Urbino Summer School in Paleoclimatology (USSP) will be
presented by the USSP Consortium on 19 July through 2 August 2006 in
Urbino, Italy. This course is designed for graduate students and
professionals who seek an intensive investigation of the dynamics and
evolution of Cenozoic climate through the integration of diverse data
and modeling approaches.
Limited space remains for this summer's session. Additional
information, including a provisional program and instructor listing,

Registration for the program, including lectures, lectures notes,
lunches, coffee breaks, field excursion, and social dinner is 450
euros (~550 US$) for MS/PhD students and 750 euros (~915 US$) for
academic/industrial staff.
Reduced-cost lodging at the Hotel Tortorina for the entire course
(15 days) is 400 euros (~485 US$) per person for double-occupancy and
600 euros (~730 US$) per person for single occupancy. Lodging includes
breakfast and daily transport to/from the course.
