It is, or was the right link to the Longview Daily News, which has moved it 
to archives where I found it by searching for Mammoth.  Try the following:

That site has links to other Central Washington University information and 
application forms for the 12 credit hour/ $2,300 tuition field school for 
this summer.  Deadline was April 1, so it would be good to follow up 
promptly.
