Re: paleonet stir it up?

"Dont let's forget that this started with an innocent request for locality
information."

Innocene is not excuse!

"The terminology of science is a means of international communication, and
in a geographically based science such as geology this includes locality
information.
Our political views should have no bearing on our need to provide
universally understood information. To ignore existing geopolitical units
(e.g. Spain) runs counter to this need, and sets a dangerous trend. We
cannot pretend, for example, that (at present) Tibet is not part of China,
or that northern Ireland is not part of the U K. This does not mean that we
dont respect (or agree with) the views of those opposed to their current
status."

You contradict yourself first you say " a geographically based science" and
then carry on using the State -Nation names....You are accepting the current
disrespectful manners you have chosen politically! I do not understand

In this the solution has been outlined several time...we should use the
geographical " as geology is geographically based science"names British
Isles, Iberia Peninsula, instead of Britan and Spain! and use the GPS
information and additionally the legal body that regulates the fossil
legalities in that area...Then, we would avoid stirring any nacionalistic
spirits like those of my attackers and identitirian like mine!

"We are all involved in politics, whether we like it or not, but please lets
keep it out of our science."

First try to understand what you say!...Tell me about it I am still banned
from acertain list for my identity!
