On behalf of the organizing committee of IPC 2006, I would like to let you know that the registration and abstract submission deadline for IPC2006 have been extended until the 31st of March. The second circular and registration form are available on the IPC 2006 website ( http://www.ipc2006.ac.cn/ ). Currently more than 300 participants have registered at http://www.ipc2006.ac.cn/Registration.htm .
