Try these links: Photoshop for Windows: http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/322563.html Photoshop for Mac: http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/319777.html They go through a long list of troubleshooting "artifacts" which is what I think you may have. Hopefully something in there will solve your problem.
