Norm Sohl died several years ago after a long career at the Smithsonian and U.S. Geological Survey. He is much missed. You might try looking up papers by Warren Allmon (Paleontological Research Institution) and Whitey Hagadorn (Pratt Museum of Natural History, Amherst) as well as by Norm Sohl. Norm's work was mainly on Cretaceous mollusks; the others have worked on Cretaceous and Tertiary forms. Andrew K.
