paleonet GFF is now available on-line

Dear colleagues,

This is to inform you that GFF, the quarterly geological journal published by the Geological Society of Sweden, now is available at our new website
www.gff-online.se. There you can check the contents of the latest volumes, perform article search, and find information about the journal. Articles, notes and abstracts are also available for registered users as downloadable pdf-files. Download is free of charge until December 31, 2005. After that date, this service will be available to subscribers and Society members only.

GFF is one of the worlds’ oldest scientific geological journals (founded in 1872) and publishes papers in English covering the whole field of Earth Sciences with a focus on northern Europe. The main contributions are articles, notes and letters.

GFF is included in major international abstracting and indexing services and databases and has an impact factor that is one of the highest among regional geological journals. GFF offers rapid manuscript turnover time.

The journal is edited by Dr. Joakim Mansfeld (Editor) and Prof. Jan Bergström (Associate Editor) in collaboration with an international editorial board. GFF is sponsored by the Swedish Research Council.

We hope that you will enjoy GFF-online,

The board of the Geological Society of Sweden
