Dear Colleagues-
I recently recovered some extremely small
eggshells (about 2 mm in length) from the Middle Pleistocene Kapthurin Fm
near Lake Baringo, Kenya. These are lacustrine sediments with
tufa deposits. Any suggestion as to what could have produced such a
small egg? I have one complete egg and some broken fragments of
shell.
