By now, you will have seen messages by Jim Gehling and Graham Shields concerning our NAPC symposium and Mistaken Point field trip. It is shaping up to be a very interesting and informative meeting. Space on the trip is constrained by the rather limited accomodations available in Trepassey, and is currently set at 18 participants plus field trip leaders. The absolute maximum if we use every hotel room within 80 km of Mistaken Point is 24 participants. Book soon to avoid disappointment! Further information on the Mistaken Point field trip, our NAPC symposium on Ediacaran Paleobiology, and information and registration for the North American Paleontology Conference is available on the NAPC website at <http://meguma.earthsciences.dal.ca/napc/napc.htm>. Best wishes, Guy Narbonne and Jim Gehling ___________________________________________________________ -- *Mr. Doug Boyce, M.Sc., P.Geo., Provincial Paleontologist, Geological Survey of Newfoundland and Labrador P.O.
