Dear T. There are many Christian denominations that accept the reality of biological evolution. For example, there is no difficulty reconciling faith and science within the Presbyterian Church of Canada, where I am a member. I am even an Elder in the congregation that I attend and brought in some of my grad students a couple of years ago to do a presentation on geologic time and evolution at a science-based vacation bible school. Was a great hit. The protestant branch of Christianity is so fractured (have not idea what the situation is in the Roman Church or other orthodox type denominations) that you just need to shop around until you find a denomination that is progressive.
