Dear all,
I guess the hemispherical (often paired) whatzits may be produced by
bacteria, but they are quite big compared with similiar structures described
in literature. I am an expert for microborings not for epibacterial
structures. However, among microborings we often see similiar structures. I
am ready to have a look at your pictures, probably I can give some
literature references.

Best wishes
Ingrid Glaub
