I think all that means is that 48% of those interviewed believe in the Book
of Genesis. But who were they? My guess is this does not reflect the total
American population.  I personally prefer Mark Twain's version of the Bible!

Sounds rather high, but the again perhaps it would be
easier to put in perspective if there were comparative
