Two points
(1)  Anyone who has received and followed proscribed medical treatment with
modern antibiotics, at least tacitly, believes in evolution.

(2)  Geologist should not argue with others about the age of the Earth.
Just agree to disagree.  We accept a "second" as
"1/86,400 part of the mean solar day; specifically : the base unit of time
in the International System of Units that is equal to the duration of
9,192,631,770 periods of the radiation corresponding to the transition
between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the cesium-133
atom."  (Websters 10th online)

It would be presumptuous of us to assume that a "day" in any translation of
any religious work is so defined.
