The African Savanha is collapsed quite often collapsed by the presence of a laege proboscidean. How is it possible that during the Inferior Miocene in the Iberian Peninsula two large proboscideans such as gomphotherium and dinotherium co-live together in a Savanha? I cannot find any publication that answers this question...Even though this could be because they feed on different sources of plants! Any suggestions?/ Bones festes from CATALUNYA Xavier Panades I Blas, Ms Please, send letters to: 55, Marksbury Road Bedminster Bristol BS3 5JY England European Community cogombra@hotmail.com From: "Thomas R.
