G'day all, The Fossil Club of NSW has a rather rough website that we are developing. We would like to make available as PDF's some of the old palaeo papers. Can someone give me some idea of copyright issues with such publication. For example, does the copyright sit with the author or the institution that published the paper? There are so many rather obscure papers that would be of interest to club members (and likely others as well) that, if we could turn them into electronic form, would be of great value. Any help here would be appreciated. Also, we are always looking for speakers at our monthly meetings. We have had doctoral/masters students present talks recently and would welcome any input here in the interests of furthering the education of some dedicated amateur palaeontologists.
