paleonet Double Postings

Though I can't honestly say we've sorted the double-posting problem 
out, we now appear to understand it a bit better. As it turned out, 
the messages were not being reposted by the PaleoNet software, but by 
another server. In any event, I think (hope) we've instituted a fix. 
Many thanks to Mickey Rowe and Chris Sleep who helped us out on this 
one. Fingers crossed. You may post when ready, Gridley.
