paleonet looking to house a PhD dissertation

i believe that i have a dissertation in my informal
studies of the Goodland Limestone in Choctaw and
McCurtain Counties, OK and am looking for the proper
school to advise me (and accept me into their
program).

i have a M.S. from the University of Louisiana -
Lafayette and a B.S. from Lamar University - Beaumont,
TX.  the M.S. is focused on carbonate petrology.  

thanks for any advice.  the last time i asked for
advice, you folks basically told me to get a plan and
now i think i have one.  i'm an adjunct instructor in
introductory courses at the current time (at Lamar)
and have developed Hydrogeology and "Science and
Religion" upper-level lab courses that seem to have
worked out. I am very experienced in handling
undergraduates on Field Trips.
