As far as I know no bibliochronology of Owen's Odontography was published but I can add to your observation that Owen (Proceedings of the Royal Society of London, 1869, 17:455) indicates page 602 as published in 1846 and later (Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society of London, 1870, 159(2):559) indicates page 575 as published in 1842! On the other hand, the Atlas plates are numberes 1 to 150 but in fact there are 168 plates. I suppose that the book was published in issues and Owen knew the dates of each part.
