Electronic publishing

I hesitate to enter a discussion with only a brief comment, of the me-too
type, but ....

Really, electronic publishing is here, now.

It offers economies of expense and other resources, great flexibility of
format (non-linearity of access, speedy searching, etc,), and prompt,
widespread distribution.  Papers, or parts of them, requiring durability
could be printed on paper until electronic durability is securely established.

Let's just get something started,
