What's New CORRECTION

William Briggs very helpfully sent me the bounced mail he got back
when he tried to follow the subscription instructions I provided for
the What's New mailing list. Yep, the APS has fiddled with the list
admin software again. Also, at the moment their server is broken!
Their subscription HELP sheet is appended.

PS: the address of the daemon is now listserv@aps.org but it isn't
a LISTSERV(tm) daemon, it's a cheap knockoff!
