Under Options/Preferences select the Mail and News screen and make sure your e-mail address is set as even tho' you're using a Web browser it will do an anonymous ftp login. Failing that it could be a DNS problem ... The following URL should work : ftp://ftp.nhm.ac.uk/paleonet It worked for me, but then the machine is on my desk !!
