Let's all do our part to reduce unnecessary messages to the list!

Regarding routing the mailing list to the news group, it's not necessary 
to post "me too" votes to the entire list.  Send your thoughts to the list
administrator, not everyone else!

Also, the above quoted text is an example of someone who did the
right thing when asking an obscure or private question:  they said,
"please respond off net", which means "respond in private e-mail,
don't bother cluttering the mailing list with this discussion."
