Mail*Link(r) SMTP Ichthyoliths As there seems to be a lot of discussion about ichthyoliths at the moment, I thought I might draw attention to the International Palaeozoic Microvertebrate Correlation Working Group, IGCP 328. Although this group is primarily concerned with the taxonomic review, range mapping and stratigraphic uses of Palaeozoic ichthyoliths, it includes workers with a very wide range of interests. The work of the group is chronicled in the newsletter "Ichthyolith Issues". Anybody who wants to know more about the group could contact Sue Turner (co-project leader and editor of "I.I.") at Queensland Museum, Brisbane, on: S.TURNER@CC.UQ.EDU.AU Cheers, Per Per Erik Ahlberg Senior Research Fellow Department of Palaeontology The Natural History Museum Cromwell Road, London SW7 5BD, UK E-MAIL ADDRESS: pea@nhm.ac.uk ------------------ RFC822 Header Follows ------------------ Received: by qm-gw.ucs.ualberta.ca with SMTP;16 Nov 1994 04:14:32 U Received: from odum.biology.ualberta.ca by bock.ucs.ualberta.ca with SMTP (8.6.5/UA2.0.0.93Dec20) id EAA05848 for <john_bruner@zoo.biology.ualberta.ca>; Wed, 16 Nov 1994 04:10:25 -0700 Received: from ODUM/SMTPQueue by odum.biology.ualberta.ca (Mercury 1.11); Wed, 16 Nov 94 4:10:27 -0600 Received: from Mailqueue by ODUM (Mercury 1.11); Wed, 16 Nov 94 4:10:22 -0600 Received: from nhm.ac.uk by odum.biology.ualberta.ca (Mercury 1.11); Wed, 16 Nov 94 4:10:19 -0600 Received: (from root@localhost) by nhm.ac.uk (8.6.9/8.6.9) id KAA09351 for paleonet-outgoing; Wed, 16 Nov 1994 10:58:51 GMT Received: from [157.140.1.48] (pea.nhm.ac.uk [157.140.1.48]) by mailserver.nhm.ac.uk (8.6.9/8.6.9) with SMTP id KAA09344 for <paleonet@nhm.ac.uk>; Wed, 16 Nov 1994 10:58:46 GMT X-POPmail-Charset: British Date: Wed, 16 Nov 94 11:58:41 GMT From: (Per Ahlberg) <pea@mailserver.nhm.ac.uk> Message-Id: <43122.pea@mailserver.nhm.ac.uk> To: paleonet@nhm.ac.uk Subject: Ichthyoliths Sender: owner-paleonet@nhm.ac.uk Precedence: bulk Reply-To: paleonet@nhm.ac.uk
