RE: paleonet shipping flamable items

Just saw the posts about shipping flamable items. I used to sell chemicals, 
many of which were flamable, corrosive, oxidizers ect. We often shipped 
these items via UPS. This was 4 years ago but I don't think much has changed 
since them. UPS (and I assume Fed Ex) allow the shipment of small quantities 
of these items (a couple of pounds or so). The deal is that they have to be 
sent ORMD (not sure what it stands for), and they MUST be delivered to a 
private residence. Not sure why that is.
